Ronel Barcelo, he is best known as Brian Wong which he initially uses as a pseudonym to keep his private life but now that he is managing is own company and been meeting clients, it would be rightful to know his legal name. He has a decade of experience in the sales and marketing industry and he is most passionate in building relationships with clients. He started from the bottom and worked hard to be on top. His experience and knowledge have honed his expertise in the business and managing people. His way up is never easy. He started from very humble beginnings as a database profiler until becoming a top calling agent for 2 years in a row. These open the door of becoming a team leader, spearheading projects until he becomes a Business Development Manager.

Her career in Sales and Marketing started when she was once a Sales and Marketing Executive. She was easily noticed because of her wit in handling calls. She wass always a client’s choice during call simulations and projects given to her are mostly a success. Two years ago, she became a Business Development Manager, responsible of closing deals for the company. She is directly working on penetrating different companies in different industries by offering marketing strategies that will boost the company’s ROI. She is best known in negotiating and handling clients, supervising a team and the whole department. She never fails to get herself noticed and her success in her area echoes as she is now the Head of Operations.
Odezza Marapao his an experienced Support Specialist with a demonstrated history of working in the outsourcing/offshoring industry. Skilled in Communication, Interpersonal Skills, Time Management, Fraud Analysis, and Customer Service. Strong support professional graduated from STI College.

Toni Aplaya has been in the field of marketing for 6 years now. Through his calling and email marketing excellency, he has proved his dedication and determination for the company. He is active with some extra activities outside his core which gained him additional experiences. He believes in the saying, that, “it does not matter what we want. Once we get it, then we want something else.” This proves that he always aims for success after success. Noel Verian is an experienced Data Analyst who has demonstrated history for working in the sales and marketing industry. He is a hardworking and self motivated with more than 4 years of experience in email marketing, email/data mining and data research. He is responsible in managing a team of data researchers that contributes highly in generating reliable and quality data for data purchase and telemarketing campaigns. His versatility both in data analytics and sales and marketing makes him efficient in analyzing the feasibility of the projects.

Katherine Mae Apique is a content writer and a social media manager who specializes in social media content and ghost blogging. She creates quality content with clear marketing message and strategy to engage customers online. She have ghostwritten several blogs and articles for some papers in the United States.
I’ve been into BPO (Business Process Outsourcing ) industry for quite some time now. Been working as a sales agent, customer service representative, and as a Lead Generation & Appointment Setting Sales Executive. What I love about it is that I get to know more prospected clients’ needs in terms of their Business Development and also learned about handling consumers/members’ needs.
