Overview

Fastway Logistics is a US based logistic company that specializes in all transportation needs including, TL, LTL, Inter-modal, international, truck, rail, small parcel and beyond. They are best known for their expertise in the food industry and one of the most trusted logistics companies for food grade warehousing and distribution.

Established in 1972 when Frank West humbly opened a single 10,000 sq. foot facility, known as West Logistics Group. Now, it has grown to over 800,000 sq. foot of (AIB certified) food grade space. Frank West also made Fastway Logistics as a West Logistics Group counterpart in 1974 and it has serviced customers all over the country since then.

Goals

The Client wants to boost their sales through lead generation. They are looking for prospect clients that need logistic solutions. The client also wants to increase company branding and website exposure.

Challenges

With the onset of the Coronavirus situation, many businesses are forced to temporarily close in accordance to the state guidelines. Companies have opted to work from home to keep the businesses running. With this, it has been challenging to reach prospect clients. Still, the client wants to have a steady sales pipeline amidst the situation and found an opportunity to target the food industry and companies that are offering necessities.

Process

The Client has considered 3 marketing agencies to provide a lead generation campaign and decided to have Konnektors work for the project. Konnektors immediately started the campaign by;

  1. Defining the specific industries and market that they wanted to focus on
  2. Selected appropriate contacts within the organization
  3. Created email and telemarketing scripts that would facilitate the process when speaking with a client

 

Once the aforementioned stages were set, Konnektors launched an email marketing campaign to gather potential leads and appointments followed by telemarketing initiatives and email follow-ups. This was handled by a lead supervisor who also provides a weekly dashboard of all the activities rolled up to view and analyze.

Results

Even during the onset of the pandemic and prospect clients are already working from home, Konnektors was able to generate 25 proposals (more than what the Client had expected). Konnektors was also able to generate potential leads who are considering the service.

The Client believes that Konnektors easy communication flow, proper consultation, and positive attitude made a huge difference in turning the tide.
