The Client focuses on timely delivery and creating homes with unrivaled standards of living to establish a brand that can be relied on. They also wanted to create real estate opportunities where they help investors to achieve their goals. The Client aims to improve and continuously drive stakeholder value.

The global pandemic is wreaking havoc in the lives of people and economies everywhere. People are stuck at home and companies opted for working from home. So the Client believes that this time is the best time to improve their properties and encourage people to invest. The Client’s goals include:

Challenges

The coronavirus outbreak likely affected the inventory of housing markets across the country and around the world. With most workers now staying home and more stay-at-home orders being imposed, businesses continue to shut down. As a result, real estate development and access to construction supplies and other resources will be interrupted.

The Client acknowledges that real estate companies should not just adapt to the current circumstances, but it is crucial that they are proactive and attend to the concerns of buyers and investors.

Process

Before starting the campaign, Konnektors already rolled out a new website for the Client. After that, Konnektors tailored a social media campaign by setting up accounts on Facebook and Instagram.

The core principles of the campaign were to grab a prospect’s attention and build a relationship. We break down our strategy into phases:

  1. Research of Competitors and Customers – it makes strategic sense to study the behaviors of your competitors and customers prior to launching any social media campaign. A careful look at competitors’ social media posts, growth, and ads is a good starting point to see what is working and what is not working.
