Before they changed to their new identity as The Chevrons, their clubhouse and recreational facilities has already been known to provide high quality facilities and engaging events that creates memorable experiences to their guests. Aside from their loyal members which mostly consists of Warrant Officers, Specialists, and Military Experts, they wanted to expand their clients and continue on providing their services throughout Singapore. 


The company needed to reach more referral sources than the walk in-person accomodation team could do alone. They partnered with Konnektors to develop a lead generation strategy with a comprehensive outbound marketing strategy which includes sophisticated re-targeting efforts.


The team’s lead generation strategy combines emails and outbound phone calls, and encourages prospects to schedule a meeting with a salesperson. The team planned to focus its strategy on the new group in a series of campaigns.

About the Client

The Chevrons formerly known as SAF Warrant Officers And Specialists Club was relocated from Beach Road to Boon Lay Way, Singapore in October 2001. It is a four-storey recreation club that houses a wide range of amenities which caters to the diverse interests of its members and guests. The club makes continuous efforts to strengthen bonds among the Warrant Officers, Specialists, Military Experts, and their families through activities and events. It also seeks to improve their members’ well-being by providing them with facilities and services that cater to their recreational needs.
