Konnektors built Litplaza last 2018, a start-up online eCommerce store that has a stock warehouse located in Ohio, United States, which they primarily sell apparel and accessories. At the moment, they only ship to US customers as their sales and marketing initiatives are based in the country.
 
All email subscribers of Litplaza are opt-in on their website via subscription, that’s why they have few subscribers at the moment.

Goals

The goal of this campaign is to send out emails of Litplaza’s latest trending products, seasonal promos, and discounts.

Challenges

Litplaza hired Konnektors to build an email marketing application, an HTML email template design, and an email marketing program as they were only using an email marketing tool like Mailchimp before, but they realized that their provider’s service is quite expensive.

Thus, as a specialist, we advised Litplaza that we can build their own email marketing application tool where they can use their own preference, which means, they can now send out unlimited emails.

Process

  • First, we created an email marketing application.
  • Then, we built an HTML email template to promote their brand and products. These email templates are responsive mobile-ready and tested across different mobile devices.

The biggest challenge of the program was identifying the right day and time to reach the target prospects using the email templates and design that we have created, as Litplaza’s target is different from the previous campaigns that we have.

So, we researched and looked for the best day and time to send an email and combined the experience that we had.

Results

Konnektor’s methodology and expertness help Litplaza’s number of subscribers increased and now they have an email marketing application tool for their email marketing initiatives.

Here are the sample templates designed by Konnektors. These templates have 5 different columns for different purposes.

The Best Days To Send Email are:

  • Tuesdays 9:00 AM – The best day and time to send emails based on our experience. Clients are keen on opening emails on Tuesday morning.
  • Wednesdays 9:00 to 11:00 AM and 2:00 to 4:30 PM: Prospects are not busy and have time in other stuff aside from work.
  • Thursdays: 60% of the prospects are not busy. This day has a high stats of open rate.
